Latest Men's Shoe Reviews
Posted: Oct 12, 2009Reviewer: Greg Comfy! This is one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. It wears like a glove and is real flexible. I highly recommend it.
Posted: Jul 14, 2009Reviewer: Jim b from new mexicoLiked 'em a lot, but after ordering a 1/2 size larger than usual, they still fit too snugly, which I didn't really notice until I had worn them for several days. Too long to return them; however, my son, who wears that size, admired them and they have found a new home. Now I'm trying to order the same model a half size larger; however, they're only made in full sizes. So, on to something else that hopefully I'll like as well that fits properly.
Posted: Jun 26, 2009Reviewer: John from DenverThese shoes are extremely comfortable but lack good, lasting construction. I'm now relegated to tossing my second pair due to a tear in the cloth portion of the shoe which hasn't lasted more than a year. I won't be buying these again. Too bad because they are so comfortable but I can't justify paying this much for something that just doesn't last.
Posted: Jun 2, 2008Reviewer: Anonymous from Greenville, SCCedar Shoe Trees - Excellent construction and workability. Great in all different styles of shoes.
Posted: Apr 17, 2008Reviewer: AnonymousMen’s shoe OK - I thought the quality of this shoe was a real nosedive from their previous shoes.
Posted: Mar 29, 2008Reviewer: Anonymous from FloridaOverpriced... but great quality - These are great shoes... once you get used to them. I wanted a good, solid deck shoe that grabs the surface and looks good, too. These shoes do great in both regards. Prob because I am so used to tennis shoes is the reason why these shoes, for me, took some getting used to, but past that point (3 days or so), I like them a lot. I am a dedicated sock wearer, but these give me what I want without socks.
About Men's Shoes
Men may not define themselves by the shoes they wear, but their shoes still tell us something about them. The sporty guys will inevitably show up to everything wearing their Nike® running shoes, adidas® sneakers, or ASICS® tennis shoes. It's as if they're always ready to compete at a moment's notice - hey, you never know when a sporting event is going to pop up! Although, some sporty guys may dress up their look with PUMA® sneakers to bring the athleisure look to life. These guys combine athletic technology with a dress casual sneaker to give them an athletic chic look.
But men often have to wear dress casual shoes for the office environment. They experience comfort and style during their daily grind with shoes from ECCO® and Rockport®. These guys want to be comfortable and look sharp. You'll see them wearing their traditional wingtips from Bostonian® or classic loafers from Florsheim® at the office and on special occasions.
Then, there are the men who take looking sharp to the next level. For them, it's all about men's designer shoes like Donald J Pliner®, Cole Haan®, Mark Nason®, Lacoste®, Kenneth Cole®, and Calvin Klein®. They know the right pair of men's shoes or oxfords can add a modern and sophisticated look to traditional suits or designer jeans.
For the guys craving a less traditional look, Converse® sneakers add an artistic and retro touch to the creative types' everyday look. Brands like Ed Hardy®, Vans®, and Diesel® also allow a guy's personal style to shine through his sneakers. Although, not all men are fortunate enough to wear the kind of shoes they want to work. Some men have to wear work-specific shoes. They might need steel toe work boots, slip resistant shoes, waterproof boots, and electrical hazard rated boots to ensure on-the-job safety.
But like all men, they just want to enjoy a relaxing weekend. You can probably find them in sandals, boat shoes, slippers, flip flops and fisherman shoes that allow their feet to relax and recoup from the week's work. That's what makes having a variety of shoes to choose from so nice. It doesn't matter what kind of guy you are or what things you enjoy doing - there are shoes to meet all your needs.
